Synthesis of Compound 1-8. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography eluting with dichloromethane/methanol (20: 1). This resulted in 34 mg (58%) of 1-8 as a yellow solid. LC-MS (ESI, m/z): 398 (M+H+); MR (300 MHz, CD3OD) delta 8.62 (s, 1H), 7.94 (s, 1H), 7.86 (s, 1H), 7.65 (s, 1H), 4.24 (m, 1H), 3.98 (m, 4H), 3.89 (s, 3H), 3.42 (s, 4H), 2.34 (m, 4H), 1.53-1.76 (m, 4H).
