The filtrate was concentrated and triturated with ca. 3% EtOAc/hexane to give ethyl 2-(4-bromo-3-phenyl- 1H-pyrazol- 1- yl)thiazole-4-carboxylate (1329 mg, 3.51 mmol, 78% yield).
