4,6-Dichloro-lH-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carbonitrile (0.1 18g), 1-methyl-lH- pyrazo 1-3 -amine (0.027g), sodium tert-butoxide (0.269g), tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium(0) (0.026 g) and 4,5- bis(diphenylphosphino)-9,9-dimethylxanthene (Xantphos, 0.035g) were added to a microwave vial, followed by dry DMF (5 mL).
