The combined filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to afford pale brown oil which was purified by column chromatography using 35percent ethyl acetate in hexane as eluent to afford ethyl 1 -(4-(((tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino)methyl)-6-((4,4- difluorocyclohexyl)amino)pyrimidin-2-yl)- 1 H-pyrazole-3 -carboxylate [0032j as a pale yellow solid (2.2 g).
