Generally, it requires fewer steps, and cheap raw materials. 16617-46-2, name is 3-Amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile, A new synthetic method of this compound is introduced below.<\/p>\n<p>The compound 5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile 7a (20 g, 185 mmol) It was dissolved in N, N-dimethylformamide (200 mL), cooled to 0  C, and N-bromosuccinimide (34 g, 190 mmol) was added in portions, and the mixture was warmed to room temperature and stirred for 2 hours.The reaction solution was poured into a sodium sulfite solution, and extracted with ethyl acetate (200 mL \u00a1\u00c1 3). The organic phases were combined and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered to remove the drying agent, and concentrated under reduced pressure.
