The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was combined with water and extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution and saturated brine, dried and concentrated. The obtained crude crystal was washed with diisopropyl ether to give methyl 4-nitro-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate (17.77 g, 82%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) delta: 4.06 (3H, s), 8.50 (1H, s).<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
