A new synthetic method of this compound is introduced below. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/27258-33-9.html\">27258-33-9<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Production Example 16 N-[(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)methyl]-4-(trifluoromethyl)aniline Acetic acid (0.87 mL) was added to a chloroform (10 mL) solution that contained 1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-carbaldehyde (1.00 g) and 4-aminobenzotrifluoride (1.76 g) at a room temperature, and the obtained solution was then stirred for 10 minutes. Thereafter, sodium triacetoxyborohydride (2.89 g) was added to the reaction solution, and the obtained mixture was then stirred for 5.5 hours. Thereafter, a saturated sodium hydrogencarbonate aqueous solution was added to the reaction solution, and the obtained mixture was then extracted with chloroform. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and was then concentrated under a reduced pressure. The obtained solid was washed with diisopropyl ether, so as to obtain the title compound (1.88 g) in the form of a light yellow solid. 1H NMR (600 MHz, CHLOROFORM-d) delta ppm 3.87 (s, 3H) 4.08-4.17 (m, 1H) 4.35 (s, 2H) 6.21 (d, J=1.83 Hz, 1H) 6.67 (d, J=8.71 Hz, 2H) 7.42 (d, J=1.83 Hz, 1H) 7.44 (d, J=8.71 Hz, 2H); MS (ESI pos.) m\/z: 256 [M+H]+<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
