Generally, it requires fewer steps, and cheap raw materials. 1072-68-0, name is 1,4-Dimethylpyrazole, A new synthetic method of this compound is introduced below., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/1072-68-0.html\">1072-68-0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a solution of 1,4-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole (2.5 g, 26.0 mmol, 1 equiv) in tetrahydrofuran (50 mL) was added n-butyllithium in hexane solution (2.5 M in hexane, 78.0 mmol, 31 mL, 3 equiv) dropwise at 0 C. under nitrogen atmosphere. The resulting solution was stirred at room temperature for 1 h and then cooled to -78 C. 2-isopropoxy-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolane (14.52 g, 78.017 mmol, 3 equiv) was added and the reaction mixture was stirred at -78 C. for 0.5 hour, then slowly warmed up to 0 C. The reaction was quenched with brine and extracted with EtOAc (250 mL*3). The combined organic layer was washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was applied onto a silica gel column eluting with ethyl acetate\/petroleum ether (1:5). This resulted in 2.6 g (45%) of 1,4-dimethyl-5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole as a white solid.<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
