Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  28466-26-4, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/28466-26-4.html\">28466-26-4<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a solution of sodium 2-(1-((lr,4r)-4-(cyanomethyl)cyclohexyl)-1,6-dihydroimidazo[4,5-d]pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-2-yl)acetate (Intermediate 4, 100 mg, 0.278 mmol) and 1H-pyrazol-4-amine (50.0 mg, 0.602 mmol ) in DMF (1.2 mL) were added PyBrOP (217 mg, 0.417 mmol) and DIPEA (0.144 mL, 0.835 mmol) and was stirred at room temperature overnight. The DMF was removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by flash column chromatography and by reverse phase HPLC to provide the product as the TFA salt.This material was dissolved in 10% MeOH in CH2C12 and passed through a 500mg column of SILICYCLE SPE-R66030B-03P Carbonate (SiliaBond acid scavenger solid phase extraction cartridge) to remove the TFA to provide the title compound (37.0 mg, 33% yield) as a white solid. MS (ESI): mass calcd. for C21H22N80, 402.19; m\/z found, 403.2 [M+H]t ?HNMR (400IVIHz, CD3OD) = 8.55 (s, 1H), 7.92 (br s, 1H), 7.65 (br s, 1H), 7.48 (d, J3.5 Hz, 1H), 6.83(d, J3.5 Hz, 1H), 4.59 (br s, 1H), 4.26-4.20 (m, 1H), 2.63 -2.43 (m, 4H), 2.17-2.00 (m, 6H),1.44 (q, J= 11.8 Hz, 2H)<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
