A new synthetic method of this compound is introduced below. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/139755-99-0.html\">139755-99-0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Step 5 2-Methyl-4-nitro-5-propyl-2H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid: A solution of 2-methyl-5-propyl-2H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (22 g, 131 mmol) in concentrated sulfuric acid (98%, 85 mL) was heated to 50 C. and treated with a mixture of fuming nitric acid (95%, 7.7 mL) and concentrated sulfuric acid (98%, 18 mL), while keeping the reaction temperature between 50 and 55 C. The reaction mixture was kept for 8 hours at 50 C., cooled to ambient temperature, and slowly added to cold water (600 mL, 4 C.), keeping the temperature below 25 C. The precipitate was collected by filtration, and dried below 80 C. to give the title compound as a white solid (25 g, 90%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) delta 4.25 (s, 3H), 2.92 (t, 2H, J=7.5 Hz), 1.77-1.70 (m, 2H), 1.03 (t, 3H, J=7.2 Hz); LC-MS: m\/z=214 (M+H)+<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
