The residue was purified by column chromatography(DCM\/MeOH = 99\/1 to 95\/5 v\/v%) to afford 1-[2-[2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethoxy]ethyl]-3,5- dimethyl-4-nitro-pyrazole (1 .7 g, crude) which was used directly in the next step.<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
