Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  1146629-77-7, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/1146629-77-7.html\">Recommanded Product: (4-(1H-Pyrazol-4-yl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)methyl pivalate<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a solution (15 mL) of 37 (514 mg, 1.72 mmol, preparation described in Lin, Q. et al. The reaction was stirred at room temperature for 15 h and then concentrated under reduced pressure. The resulting crude mixture was diluted with water and extracted with ethyl acetate (3 x 50 mL). The combined organic layers were washed with 1 N HCl, dried (Na 2 SO 4), filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure.
