The mixture was heated at 85 C overnight. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (DCM\/MeOH (v\/v) = 50\/1 to 30\/1 to 20\/1) to afford the title compound as a white solid (0.50g, yield 68%).MS (ESI, pos. ion) m\/z: 472.3 [M+H]+; MR (600 MHz, CDC ) delta (ppm): 7.87 (s, 1H), 7.72 (s, 1H), 5.49 &#8211; 5.39 (m, 1H), 5.03 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 1H), 3.92 (s, 3H), 3.58 &#8211; 3.48 (m, 2H), 3.46 &#8211; 3.33 (m, 2H), 2.80 &#8211; 2.72 (m, 2H), 2.69 &#8211; 2.60 (m, 5H), 1.50 (s, 9H), 1.48 &#8211; 1.40 (m, 2H).<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
