Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  106368-32-5, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/106368-32-5.html\">COA of Formula: C11H10N4O2S<\/a><\/p>\n<p>General procedure: A mixture of 5-amino-1-(4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-carbonitrile 5 (1.113 g, 5 mmol), the appropriate aldehyde (6, 5 mmol), and few drops of ethanol was added to morpholinium hydrogen sulphate (7, 0.4 g, 2 mmol). The mixture was heated in an oil bath for 5 h at 100 C.
