Trans- N,N&#8217;-dimethylcyclohexane-l,2-diamine (210 mg, 1.48 mmol) was then added, then a solution of Intermediate Vc (4.26 g, 8.86 mmol) in toluene (7.5 mL, degassed with argon) was added, and the reaction was subjected to microwave irradiation (150 C for 1 h). The reaction mixture was then filtered through Celite, and the filtrate concentrated in vacuo. Purification by FCC, eluting with 0 &#8211; 60% EtOAc\/cyclohexane, to afford the title compound (2.41 g, 66%).
