The reaction mixture was stirred overnight (16 h) at r.t., concentrated in vacuum, and the residue was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel (10-25% EtOAc-hexane) to give the N-alkylated guanylating agent 3a-g as colorless oils.<\/p>\n<p>Chemical properties determine the actual use.
