Then, the solution of pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylicacid (0.2 mmol, 35 mg) in deionized water and ethanol (5 mL,1:1 v\/v) was carefully layered over the mixture layer. Then, the vialwas sealed and allowed to stand undisturbed at room temperature.
