The chemical synthesis route is as follows. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/288-13-1.html\">Application In Synthesis of  1H-Pyrazole<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a solution of Compound 1 (10 g, 72.5 mmol) in dry DMF (100 mL) were added pyrazole (10 g, 145 mmol), K2C03 (20 g, 145 mmol) and 18-crown-6 (2 g). The resulting solution was stirred at 130 C for 4 hours. After cooling to RT, the residue was treated with water and extracted with EA. The organic extracts were washed with water, brine, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated to give a crude oil.
