The combined organics were washed with brine (25 mL), dried (MgS04) and concentrated to leave a brown oil (75 mg). Purification by reverse phase LCMS: Acetonitrile\/water (0.1 % formic acid) afforded methyl 3-cyclohexyl-2-(4-fluorophenyl)- 1 H-imidazo[1 ,2-b]pyrazole-6-carboxylate (i) (8.5 mg) as an amorphous white solid.
