Generally, it requires fewer steps, and cheap raw materials. 25016-11-9, name is 1-Methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde, A new synthetic method of this compound is introduced below., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/25016-11-9.html\">Safety of 1-Methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a solution of ethyl 2-(diethoxyphosphoryl)acetate (5.4 g, 22.7 mmol, 1 eq) in THF (100 mL) at 0C was added sodium hydride (60 % in mineral oil, 1.2 g, 29.5 mmol, 1.3 eq)portion-wise and the mixture was allowed to stir at the same temperature for 30 minutes. To this mixture was added a solution of 1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde (2.5 g, 22.7 mmol, 1.0 eq) in THF (10 mL) and the resulting mixture was allowed to stir at 0 C for 1 h. Progress of reaction was monitored by TLC. After completion, reaction mixture was diluted with saturated aq. NH4C1 (100 mL) and extracted with ethyl acetate (3 x 100 mL). Combined organic layer waswashed with brine, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 and evaporated to dryness under vacuum to afford ethyl (E)-3-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)acrylate (3.9 g, 95 %) which was used in the next step without further purification.<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
