As the population grows rapidly and people all over the world use more and more resources, all industries must consider their environmental impact. 89088-55-1, name is 5-Bromo-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-amine belongs to pyrazoles-derivatives compound, it is a common compound, a new synthetic route is introduced below.<\/p>\n<p>To a solution of compound 11-3 (2.0 g, 5.4 mmol) and K2C03 (2.2 g, 16.2 mmol) in dioxane (40 mL) and H20 (4 mL) were added 5-bromo-l-methyl-lH-pyrazol-3-amine (1.0 g, 5.9 mmol ) and Pd(dppf)Cl2 (395 mg, 540 umol). The mixture was stirred at 90C for 12 h under N2, cooled to rt and concentrated. The residue was purified by prep-TLC (Si02) followed by prep-HPLC. The eluent was adjusted to pH = 8 with sat.NaHC03 and extracted with ethyl acetate (20 mL chi 3). The combined organic layers was dried over Na2S04, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure to afford 11-4 (114.9 mg, 337.0 umol, 6.2% yield). M+H+ = 340.2 (LCMS); 1H MR (DMSO-i, 400MHz): delta 9.89 (s, 1H), 9.12 (s, 1H), 8.17 (s, 1H), 8.09 (s, 1H), 7.92 (d, J= 8.6 Hz, 1H), 7.73 (dd, J= 1.5, 8.6 Hz, 1H), 5.67 (s, 1H), 4.63 (br s, 1H), 3.66 (s, 3H), 1.50 (s, 9H).<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
