The synthetic route is as follows., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/152120-54-2.html\">Quality Control of tert-Butyl (((tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino)(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methylene)carbamate<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[0271] A 10 mL round-bottom flask equipped with a stir bar was charged with an amine- terminated norbornene (2-(2-aminoethyl)-3a,4,7,7a-tetrahydro-lH-4,7-methanoi-soindole-l,3- (2H)-dione) (70 mg, 0.24 mmol, 1 equiv), which was prepared and dissolved in 4.5 mL of dry DMF under 2 (g). To this was added N,N-bis(boc)-l-guanylpyrazole (105 mg, 0.34 mmol, 1 equiv) and diisopropylethylamine (120 mu, 0.68 mmol, 2 equiv). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 12 h. The solution was concentrated to dryness and re-suspended in 25 mL of CH2CI2, then washed with water (*3) and then brine. The CH2CI2 layer was collected, dried over Na2S04 (s) and concentrated to dryness. The material was then purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel (33% EtOAC in hexanes) to yield a white powder in 92% yield (140 mg, 0.31 mmol) R 0.37 (33% EtOAc in hexanes): lH NMR (400 MHz, CDC13, 298 K) 511.43 ppm (1H, b), 8.45 (1H, b), 6.27 (2H, t, J = 1.5 Hz), 3.71 (2H, dd, J = 7.0, 4.4), 3.64 (2H, m), 3.25 (2H, d, J = 1.5 Hz), 2.7 (2H, m), 1.51 (1H, d, J = 1.1 Hz), 1.48 (9H, s), 1.47 (9H, s), 1.25 (1H, d, J = 1.8 Hz); 13C NMR (100 MHz, CDC13, 298 K) delta 178.1, 157.0, 156.6, 153.0, 137.9, 137.7, 83.3, 79.5, 48.0, 45.0, 43.1, 40.0, 38.0, 28.3, 28.1 ; High-resolution MS analysis (ESI-TOFMS) m\/z calculated 449.2395, found 449.2394.<\/p>\n<p>Chemical properties determine the actual use.
