As the population grows rapidly and people all over the world use more and more resources, all industries must consider their environmental impact. 1018446-95-1, name is tert-Butyl 4-amino-1H-pyrazole-1-carboxylate belongs to pyrazoles-derivatives compound, it is a common compound, a new synthetic route is introduced below. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/1018446-95-1.html\">Quality Control of tert-Butyl 4-amino-1H-pyrazole-1-carboxylate<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a stirred mixture of tert-butyl 4-amino-1H-pyrazole-1 -carboxylate (512 mg, 2.795 mmol) and bis(2-bromoethyl) ether (778 mg, 3.354 mmol) in DMF (28 mL) was added DIPEA (1 .46 mL, 8.384 mmol) and the resulting solution was stirred at 90C for 16h.The reaction mixture was diluted with AcOEt, washed twice with water and then with brine, dried over sodium sulphate and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified on silica gel (DCM\/acetone: 100\/0 to 80\/20) to provide intermediate (20a) (282 mg, 1 .1 13 mmol, 40%) as a light-brown solid.
