Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  25700-12-3, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/25700-12-3.html\">HPLC of Formula: C8H7N3<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a solution of 3-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyridine (5 g, 34.4 mmol) in acetonitrile (68.9 ml) was added N-bromosuccinimide (7.97 g, 44.8 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at ambient temperature for 3H. The reaction mixture was diluted with EtOAc and washed with H2O, the organics were dried with MgSO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by column chromatography eluting with 0-60% EtOAc in hexanes to afford 3-(4-bromo-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyridine as a tan solid (6.99 g, 91%): mp 126-127 C.; 1H NMR (400 MHz, acetone-d6) delta 9.12 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 8.64 (d, J=0.5 Hz, 1H), 8.58 (dd, J=4.7, 1.4 Hz, 1H), 8.23 (ddd, J=8.3, 2.7, 1.4 Hz, 1H), 7.85 (s, 1H), 7.56 (ddd, J=8.3, 4.7, 0.7 Hz, 1H); EIMS m\/z 223.<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
