After stirring at the same temperature for 18 hr, water was added and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was washed with saturated brine, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (eluent: hexane-ethyl acetate=6:1?3:1) to give the title compound as colorless crystals (yield 550 mg, yield 76%). 1H-NMR(CDCl3)delta:1.42(3H,t,J=7.2Hz), 4.44(2H,q,J=7.2Hz), 7.36(1H,s), 7.43-7.59(8H,m), 7.69-7.73(2H,m), 7.95(1H,brs).<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
