The reaction was then quenched with water (10 mL), and the resulting solid was isolated by filtration, washed with water, and dried in vacuum oven for 4 hours to afford methyl 4-(((1 -methyl-1 H- pyrazol-3-yl)methyl)amino)-3-nitrobenzoate (395 mg) as a yellow solid. LC-MS (ES) m\/z = 291 [M+H]+. NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-c\/6): delta 3.81 (s, 3H), 3.83 (s, 3H), 4.59 (d, J = 5.8 Hz, 2H), 6.20 (d, J = 2.3 Hz, 1 H), 7.19 (d, J = 9.4 Hz, 1 H), 7.64 (d, J = 2.0 Hz, 1 H), 7.97 (dd, J = 9.0, 1 .9 Hz, 1 H), 8.64 (d, J = 2.0 Hz, 1 H), 8.96 (t, J = 5.6 Hz, 1 H).<\/p>\n<p>These compound has a wide range of applications.
