The RM was heated in a microwave reactor at 100C for 3 h. The RM was concentrated in vacuo, then purified by prep-HPLC: (column: Agela Innoval ODS-2 100mm*350mm; mobile phase: [water (0.1 % TFA) &#8211; ACN]; B %: 5 % &#8211; 25 %, 20 min) to obtain the title compound as a yellow oil. MS ES+: 224.2.
