The reaction mixture was cooled to rt and quenched with water (50 mL) . The resulting mixture was extracted with EtOAc (50 mL \u00d7 3) . The combined organic layers were washed with saturated aqueous NaCl (50 mL \u00d7 2) , dried over anhydrous Na2SO4and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography eluted with PE\/EtOAc (v\/v) 5\/1 to give a light yellow oily product (200 mg, 19.0) .[1088]MS (ESI, pos. ion) m\/z: 282.3 [M+1]+ and[1089]1H NMR (600 MHz, CDCl3) : delta (ppm) 7.84 (s, 1H) , 7.69 (s, 1H) , 7.34 (m, 3H) , 7.25 (m, 2H) , 5.32 (s, 2H) , 1.32 (s, 12H)<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
