The mixture was stirred at 0C for 1 hr, and to the mixture was added 2,4-difluoro-1l-nitrobenzene (0.110 mL). The mixture was stirred overnight at room temperature, to the mixture was added saturated aqueous ammonium chloride solution at 0C, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was separated, washed with water and saturated brine, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate\/hexane) to give the title compound (155 mg). MS: [M+H]+226.1.<\/p>\n<p>These compound has a wide range of applications.
