The reaction mixture was spilt into 2 microwave vials and heated at 1 10C in a microwave for 1 .5h. There was no starting material remaining so the reactions were filtered through a bond elut reservoir and the residue was washed with ethyl acetate. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo to yield the crude product. This was dissolved in DCM and purified through silica (50g) eluting with 0-50% ethyl acetate in DCM gradient. Appropriate fractions were combined and concentrated in vacuo to yield the title compound as a beige solid (1.68g).LCMS (Method B): Rt = 1 .08min, MH+ = 250.8<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
