Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  36650-74-5, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/36650-74-5.html\">COA of Formula: C4H3N3<\/a><\/p>\n<p>General procedure: The example reported for derivatives 22\/23 find general application for all the other N-linked heterocycles. Sodium hydride 60% dispersed in mineral oil was added at 0 C to a solution of 3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole in dry DMF. The mixture was stirred at this temperature for 15 min, then for an additional 5 min at room temperature. A solution of derivative 45 in dry DMF (2 ml) was then added and the mixture was stirred at 50 C for 3 h 30 min. After cooling to RT, a saturated NH4Cl solution was added and the mixture was extracted with Et2O (2\u00d7). The organic phase was washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by Silica gel flash chromatography (gradient ethyl acetate in cyclohexane from 5 to 40%) to give the intermediate BOC protected compound 22 and the intermediate BOC protected compound 23.<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
