Then the reaction mixture was refluxed at ethanol temperature for 2 h. The reaction mixture was allowed to cool to room temperature, and the precipitated product was collected by vacuum filtration and washed with ethanol (3mL) thenrecrystallizedfrom ethanol to afford pure compounds9a-eas yellow solids in good yields.<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
