The mixture was stirred at 45C for 12 h. The reaction mixture was quenched by addition H20 (5.0 mL), extracted with dichloromethane 15.0 mL (5.0 mL x 3). The combined organic layers were washed with brine 15.0 mL (5 mL x 3), dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure to give a residue. The residue was purified by prep-TLC (Si02, Petroleum ether \/ Ethyl acetate = i\/i) to afford N-(5-bromo-i-methyl-1H- pyrazol-3 -yl)-2-(3 -(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)acetamide (150 mg, crude).<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
