The residue was purified by flash column chromatography (SiO2, 12 g, 0-100% EtOAc in isohexane, gradient elution) to afford tert-butyl (5-((4-((4-(3-(3-(tert-butyl)-1-(p-tolyl)-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)ureido)naphthalen-1-yl)oxy)pyrimidin-2-yl)amino)benzo[d]isoxazol-3-yl)carbamate (62 mg, 81%); Rt 2.88 min (Method 2, acidic); m\/z 740 (M+H)+, (ES+).<\/p>\n
