The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 24 h. The reaction mixture was diluted with dichloromethane (30 mL), and washed with water (20 mL) and brine (20 mL). The organic layer was dried (Na2SO.;) and concentrated under reduced pressure. The crude residue was purified by column chromatography using 3 % methanol in chloroform as eluant to give 180 mg of the title product, a compound of the present invention as a white solid.1Eta NMR (CDCl3) delta 2.32 (s, 3Eta), 3.29 (m, IH), 3.52 (m, 2H), 3.61 (m, 2H), 3.79-3.72 (m,5H), 4.98 (m, 2H), 5.69 (m,lH), 6.33 (s, IH), 6.93 (s, IH), 7.38-7.28 (m, 5H).
