The reaction mixture was diluted with more dichloromethane and the urea by-product was removed by filtration. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to a pale-yellow foam (0.42 g). The resulting foam was dissolved in a minimum amount of dichloromethane and loaded onto a chromatotron plate (2mm) eluting with a gradient of ethyl acetate in dichloromethane to give the title compound, a compound of the present invention, as a colourless foamy solid (0.101 g).in NMR (CDCI3): delta 2.05-2.20 (m, 1H), 2.20-2.35 (m, 4H), 3.403.55 (m, 1H), 3.55-3.70 (m, 2H), 3.75-3.88 (m, 1H), 4.08-4.20 (m, 1H), 4.35-4.45 (m, 1H), 4.45-4.55 (m, 1H), 5.08 (s, 2H), 6.02-6.12 (m, 1H), 6.30 (s, 1H), 6.85-6.98 (m, 2H), 7.25-7.38 (m, 1H), 7.72 (s, 1H).<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
