The resulting mixture was diluted with water, and the product was extracted with dichloromethane. The organic layer was washed with brine, dried over sodium sulfate, and purified by flash chromatography to give 5.1 g (91%) of 4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1-trityl-1H-pyrazole.<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
