The reaction mixture was washed with water (100 mL), brine (100 mL), dried (phase separator) and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was adsorbed onto Si02 and purified by column chromatography (Biotage Isolera, 2 x 40 g Si02 cartridges, 0-50% EtOAc in petroleum benzine 40-60 00) to give the title compoundA25 as a white solid (2.54 g, 57%).
