Add 12.5 g of ammonia-containing molecular mass concentration of 25% ammonia water and 100 ml of water. heating to 90 C, the reaction is exothermic, maintaining the reaction temperature of 100 C, refluxing reaction for 1 hour (to 1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde reaction is complete), The reaction solution was cooled to room temperature, poured into ice water and quenched and diluted. neutralize until the reaction solution is neutral, extract with ethyl acetate, and dry.
