The crude product was isoLated by extraction with ethyl acetate, organic layer was washed with brine and dried with sodium sulphate. The compound was purified by chromatography on silica gel (hexane\/acetone, gradient from 100:0 to 0:100). 95 mg of the titLe product were obtained as an amorphous soLid (yield 29.2%).1H NMR (300MHz, DMSO-d6): delta 12.37(5, 1H), 8.09 (s, 1H), 7.47 (m, 1H), 7.31 (m,1H), 7.25 (m, 1H), 7.01 (m, 1H), 5.14 (s, 2H), 4.87 (m, 1H), 3.94 (m, 2H), 3.47 (m, 2H), 2.09 (m, 2H), 1.77 (m, 2H).MS-ESI: (m\/z) calculated for C17H18C1N4O3 [M+H]+: 361 .79, found 361 .8.<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
