Thebrown suspension was allowed to cool down to RT. The solidwas filtered, washed with water and dried under vacuum togive allyl 2-amino-6-chloro-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylate 4b as a brown solid (1.092 g, 72% yield).Step 2: 2-amino-6-chloro-pyrazolo[1 ,5-a ]pyrimidine-3<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
