The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature over night. The reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate (20 ml) and washed with aqueous hydrochloric acid (1 N, 5 ml, twice) and sodium bicarbonate. The organic layer was dried (magnesium sulfate) and concentrated in vacuo. The crude product was purified by preparative thin layer chromatography (silica, ethyl acetate, n-heptane).
