After completion of the reaction, water was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with a saturated sodium chloride solution, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate and concentrated under reduced pressure. The obtained residue was applied to silica gel column chromatography (eluent; n-hexane:ethyl acetate=1:2 (V\/V)), and the fractions containing the objective material were concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain 6.57 g of the title compound as white foam. (Yield: 94%) Mass spectrum (FAB, m\/z): 635 (M++1). 1H-NMR spectrum (CDCl3, delta ppm): 8.95 (dd, J=2.3, 0.7 Hz, 1H), 8.71 (dd, J=4.9, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 7.91 (dd, J=2.5, 0.6 Hz, 1H), 7.87 (ddd, J=8.0, 2.3, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 7.72 (dd, J=1.8, 0.6 Hz, 1H), 7.71 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.63-7.60 (m, 2H), 7.51 (dd, J=8.4, 7.3 Hz, 1H), 7.35-7.30 (m, 3H), 6.85 (d, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 6.47 (dd, J=2.5, 1.8 Hz, 1H), 4.61 (s, 2H), 4.39 (s, 2H), 4.35 (s, 2H), 1.53 (s, 9H), 1.42 (s, 9H).<\/p>\n<p>These compound has a wide range of applications.
