After 10 minutes, the reaction mixture was neutralized with saturated aqueous sodium bicarbonate and extracted with ethyl acetate (3\u00d720 mL). The organic layers were combined, washed with 5% Na2S2O4, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by chromatography on silica gel (PE: EtOAc=6:1 to 4:1) to give the title compound (120 mg, yield 46.4%) as white solid.<\/p>\n<p>These compound has a wide range of applications.
