The. reaction mixture was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue waspurified by NH silica gel column chromatography (ethylacetate\/hexane) and solidified with ethanol to give the title compound (0.02 g) .XH NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) delta 1.39-1.60 (1H, m) , 1.83-1.97 (1H, m) , 2.11 (3H, s), 2.16 (3H, s) , 3.33-3.54 (2H, m) , 3.64-3.74 (1H, m) , 3.86 (6H, s) , 4.00 (2H, s) , 5.06 (1H, d, J = 5.3 Hz) , 5.20-5.40 (2H, m) , 6.61 (1H, d, J = 2.1 Hz), 7.12 (2H, d, J = 8.3 Hz), 7.46 (1H, s) , 7.63-7.73 (3H, m) .<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
