The chemical synthesis route is as follows. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/1072-91-9.html\">Application In Synthesis of  1,3,5-Trimethylpyrazole<\/a><\/p>\n<p>General procedure: SOCl2 (5 mL) was added to a round-bottom flask, and then 1a-i(1.0 mmol) and a catalytic amount of DMF (0.1 mmol) were added. Themixture was heated to reflux for 4 h (reaction monitored by HPLC),then excess SOCl2 was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residuewas dispersed in H2O (200 mL) and extracted with AcOEt. The organicphase was separated, dried, and concentrated.
