After 10 minutes, the reaction mixture was neutralized with saturated aqueous sodium bicarbonate and extracted with ethyl acetate (5 x 200 mL). The organic layers were combined, dried over magnesium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure to afford 3-bromo-5,6-dihydro-4H-pyrrolo[l,2-6]pyrazole.<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
