After stirring at room temperature overnight, the mixture was concentrated to give a residue which was purified by prep-HPLC (Waters 2767\/Qda, Column: Waters Xbridge 19* 150mm lOum, Mobile Phase A: H20 (0.1%NH4OH), B: ACN) to yield Compound 97 (53.0 mg, 24.6% yield) as yellow oil. (0942) NMR CDCI3 (400 MHz): delta 8.42 (s, 1H), 7.42 (s, 1H), 7.38 (s, 2H), 4.26 (t, J= 5.2 Hz, 2H), 3.91-3.83 (m, 3H), 3.75-3.73 (m, 3H), 3.64 (q, J= 10.4 Hz, 2H), 3.43 (s, 2H), 3.33 (s, 3H), 2.54-2.49 (m, 4H), 2.37-2.32 (m, 2H), 1.86-1.80 (m, 1H), 1.70-1.63 (s, 1H).<\/p>\n<p>Chemical properties determine the actual use.
