The chemical synthesis route is as follows. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/1204298-65-6.html\">Computed Properties of  C6H6F2N2O2<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a suspension of 6-(2-amino-5-chlorothiazol-4-yl)-3,4-dihydroquinolin-2(1H)-one (0.100 g, 0.41 mmol), 5-(difluoromethyl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid (0.080 g, 0.45 mmol), pyridine (0.15 mL, 1.83 mmol) in acetonitrile (4 mL) in a sealed tube was added propylphosphonic anhydride solution (50 wt % in ethyl acetate, 0.61 mL, 1.02 mmol). The sealed tube was heated to 100 C. for 16 h.
