As the population grows rapidly and people all over the world use more and more resources, all industries must consider their environmental impact. 34091-51-5, name is 5-Iodo-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole belongs to pyrazoles-derivatives compound, it is a common compound, a new synthetic route is introduced below. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/34091-51-5.html\">Product Details of 34091-51-5<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A solution of 5-iodo-l -methyl-lH-pyrazole (1.90 g,9.14 mmol),2-(4,4-difluorocyclohex-l-en-l-yl)-4,4,5,5-tet-ramethyl-l,3,2-dioxaborolane(1.00 g, 4.10 mmol), tetrakis (triphenylphosphine)palladium(O) (240 mg, 0.208mmol), and cesium carbonate (2.70 g, 8.29 mmol) in 1,4-dioxane (10 mL) andwater (5.0 mL) was stirred at 90 C. for 4 hours. After allowing to cool, thereaction solution was subjected to extraction with ethyl acetate (50 mL), andthe organic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate.
